High in energy and big in plant protein, Coconut Feeders provide a tasty treat for active birds packed in nature’s own feeder. Hang either on a tree or in an enclosure to supplement the diet of busy birds like galahs, cockatoos, rosellas and silvereyes. The flavoursome peanut blend is made in New Zealand with peanut flour for a protein hit and essential vegetable fats to provide an immediate source of high-flying energy. Once empty, clean and refill the shell with Topflite Energy Truffles or cut fruit.
Feeding guide
Hang Coconut Feeder well out of reach of predators. Always provide fresh water. This is a supplementary high-energy treat for active birds. It is not a complete food, so offer in small amounts as part of a balanced diet. It is not suitable for sedentary, flight-restricted or overweight birds, lorikeets or other nectar-eaters, birds with liver, lipoma or metabolic conditions, or other species with specialised dietary requirements. Once empty, clean and refill the shell with Topflite Energy Truffles. Always clean before each refill to help prevent disease.
